AWS has reported that most services are restored. All C2C services are operational and not reporting any issues. There were some email during the day that may be backlogged. They will clear out on their own during the next few hours. We are monitoring any ongoing issues, but most appear to

We have seen an increased number of failed emails and AWS has confirmed their email services are also experiencing problems. C2C Campaign Email services have been paused while we wait for updates from AWS. The email services were experiencing latency and some errors. We determined that it was safer to pause emails while we wait for AWS to confirm that issues are resolved. We are checking with them every 30 minutes and will post any changes here.

We are seeing increased errors when sending emails through the portals. Some transactional emails such as "Thank you for your payment" are not going through. This does not appear to affect campaigns.

Scheduled daily payment will be delayed as we wait for AWS to provide updates. Most other services appear to be operational.

AWS has reported some issues with their East Coast Data Center. We have seen a small impact but do not yet know the extent if it. We are in contact with the AWS service providers.
