Manage your billing information directly in the Concepts2Code app. You must have system billing admin permissions to add your credit card information into the system. If you do not have Billing permissions, please contact  us at and we will grant you billing privileges.

Add New Card

  1. Log into the TakeWebPayments Admin site.
  2. Go to the Settings tab.
  3. Click on the Billing link on the left-hand menu.
  4. Click the Configure Billing Method.
  5. Enter your credit card credentials into the New Billing Credit Card fields.
  6. Click the Add New Card button.

Update Credit Card 

Follow the above instructions to activate a new card and disable a prior card on file.

Card History

The system will show all prior cards and the status. The most recent card will be in Active status and displayed in green at the top of the billing grid.


If there are no credit card credentials log the system will alert you with a yellow notice to update your payment information both on the Dashboard and on the billing screen.
