Reporting a Bug

While we strive to make our software as "bug-free" as possible, there will be bugs in our software from time to time. If you find something in our software that appears to be broken (aka 'a bug') please let us know. 


The most important piece of information in tracking down a bug is the steps needed to reproduce it. Please document as much as possible to help us 're-create' the issue. Take screen shots if you can. it is important that you provide information as to what you were clicking on or typing and what happened... Did you get an error message? Did you get a response that you believe to be invalid? If so, what response did you expect to get?


If we are able to 're-create' the bug, using the steps you provide to us, then you have done a perfect job! Our team will take it from there. If we follow the steps you provide and do not experience the same results you did we may need some more information form you. In this case we will reach back out to you with some followup questions.
