Balances Displayed in SCollect

All data from SCollect will display in the payment portal in real-time. The current balance in SCollect is the exact same as the Current balance in the portal at all times. There is no delay in the data. SCollect updates the balance on the account after the payment is posted to the account. When SCollect updates the current balance, the user will see it in the portal as well. If the payment is not posted, then SCollect has not yet updated the balance. Follow the directions from SCollect for proper posting of payments.
