Where does your data come from?

Modified on Wed, 21 Jun 2023 at 04:54 PM

Concepts2Code offers complete integrations to all collection systems. This includes 2-way API's for real-time data exchange. These are available to collection software systems, so that they may integrate directly with our Payment Portal. Integration is key to creating the best solutions for our customers and we believe in providing as many integrations as possible.

If your Collection System does not support real-time data access, then CSV imports and exports are also an option.

Using either method your Collection System is considered the primary data source. The portal will read data for consumers only as needed (if an API is used) or it will read from a copy of your data that is imported from a CSV file. The data that is read from your Collection System is the exact data that is displayed in your portal. Always refer to your collection system for any data issues. The portal is not modifying the information on the accounts.

Data from your collections system that is displayed in the portal cannot be updated by Concepts2Code's Support. The update must come from your Collection System and will then be reflected in to portal.
