If you get the following error when visiting your site, it is likely due to IP restrictions. If you have configured IP restriction on your site and you are not accessing the site from an approved IP, you will get this error.

To fix this, have another Admin user with system permissions login and follow the below steps. Or contact us at support@concepts2code.com and one of our technicians will assist you.

  1. Go to the Settings tab.
  2. Search by entering CTL+F on your keyboard to bring up the web search box.
  3. Enter IP Restrictions in the search text box to find the IP Restrictions setting.
  4. Click Add New Restrictions
  5. Enter the IP address that you need to access the site from. To find your IP address, enter Whatsmyip in your browser.
  6. Once the IP Restrictions/Permissions fields have been filled in, Click the Add button.
