IP restrictions enhance security by limiting access to networks or applications based on approved IP addresses, reducing the risk of unauthorized access. Watch video below for instruction on how to add IP restrictions:
You can now add an IP Address by following the below steps from your Admin portal:
1. From your Admin portal click on Settings.
2. Click on IP Restrictions.
3. Click on Add New Restriction.
4. Enter the new IP (Restriction Type and Site will be pre filled)
5. Enter Comment as to why it was added
6. Click Add
7. Go back to Settings, IP Restrictions and scroll down under IP to verify you added the IP
8. In the event you need to delete an IP you will need to contact [email protected]
