If you receive the error “Unexpected character encountered while parsing value” while sending a campaign from SCollect to Concepts2Code then something on your site may not be configured correctly.
This is the result of our general configuration setting that limits the size of campaigns sent by other systems. If needed, we will make the configuration change for you and you will not run into the issue again.
