Posting Payments in SCollect

Payments on the portal will not show up as posted in SCollect until they are posted in the Payment Management Screen. The payments are in the status "PROCESSED" until you post them to the account. If web payments are not displaying an updated balance, go to this screen and see if the payment needs to be posted to the account.
