Login/Registration Options with (SCollect)

In addition to the standard registration options, SCollect also supports using the following options for registration of new users. If you choose to use one of these options, they will be configured during onboarding.

Last name, Zip and DOB

Using this option, the consumer will confirm their Last Name, Zip Code (from the primary account) and their DOB.

Last name and DOB

Using this option, the consumer requires only two fields to be filled in. There is a tiny chance that there are two people with the same last name and DOB in your system. If this occurs, the user will not be able to create a registration on the portal because the portal will not be able to differentiate them, but an Agent can manually configure the account if the consumer contact them. This is extremely uncommon, but if it occurs it can be addressed. This option is preferable because zip codes can change if the consumer has moved.
