As an administrator you may need to see a list of all active users (agents) on the system or even those that are no longer active. Follow the below steps to access a full list of users either active or inactive.

Active Users

1. Log into the Administrator site.
2. Click on Settings.
3. Manager users.
4. Click the Show Active Users link.
5. The list of all users is displayed in the grid.
   • Username - the username associated with the agent
   • First name - first name of the user
   • Last name - last name of the user
   • Roles - the role based permissions assigned to each user
   • Status - only active in this view

All Users

1. Follow steps 1-3 above, 
2. Click on the Show all users link
3. The screen will display all users on the system as listed above. The Status column will indicate if a user is Active or Disabled.

Search for Users

To find a specific user, use the Search field to look up by any portion of the users name, first name, last name, or part of their email address.
