How-to Correct or Disable a User (Agent)

If a user is created and their name is misspelled, you must deactivate the user account and create a new account with the correct spelling.

  1. Go to the Settings menu.
  2. Click on Manage Users.
  3. Find the user name in the list of users.
  4. Click on the link next to their name.
  5. Click Disable User.
  6. Then create a new user with the correct spelling. Click this help article to access the instructions on how to Create a New User.
