As an admin, you are able to select the settings that each user has available to them
1. Go to the Settings Menu in the top ribbon on the Admin portal
2. Go to the Manage Users setting
3. This will bring you to the active users menu and will list all active users in your system
4. Select the user that you want to make changes to their settings on. This can be done by scrolling through the list or typing their name into the search field. Click on the user.
5. This will bring you to the user's setting screen. Under the Permissions section, you can select and deselect permissions. There is a definition provided for each permission.
