Letter/Print Setup

Modified on Thu, 8 Feb at 8:39 AM

If you are using TWP as a letter vendor you can send thousands of letters with a few clicks. If you would like to enable this feature for your agency, please contact us at support@concepts2code.com to discuss pricing and set up requirements.

Letters are completely within your control and no custom programming is needed. Your letters are created in Microsoft Word and can be edited at any time without custom programming. To print letters, they must conform to certain guidelines (see below). Printable templates are identified with a check in the Printable column of the Email/Letter Templates grid.

As shown below, you can see that some templates have an attachment for Email that is not suitable for being converted to a letter.

Restrictions for printed/mailed letters.

  • Black and white only (color will be converted to grayscale)
  • Standard letter paper size
  • Letters must be a maximum of 2 pages. They will be printed on a single page (front and back)
  • The right margin must be at minimum 0.75 inches
  • Only US Addresses

Basic Mail Address Verification for Postal Mail

When sending a batch of letters via the mail, we will pre-screen your accounts for addresses. While this will not validate the actual address, we will kick out any obvious issues for you to view before sending the batch. Possible issues are missing, name, street, city, zip, or state.

Issues with Printing?

If your letter is not printed, click on the Email/Letter template name to see the configuration and review any errors that may be preventing your letter from printing. A highlighted yellow and red note box will appear if there are any issues with the format of the document for printing. If this is a template that you wish to send via regular mail, make the necessary adjustments before sending a batch of letters.
