Exporting an email to a PDF can be done one at a time simply using your web browser.
If you or your client needs your emails converted to PDF files in batch this can be setup for you based on Client ID's or Client Names. Contact support for more information.
Once setup the system will create nightly exports of all emails sent to specific clients or client ID's. You may specify as many client ID's or Client Names as needed. A single file will be created for each day. If you did not send any emails that day, the file will be blank. If you sent one or more emails to one or more of the Clients specified they the zip file will contain a single PDF for each email that was sent. Each HTML email will be converted into a PDF file with the header information included. If there was an attachment, the attachment will be added to the end of the PDF.
Converting emails to PDF's should only be done if absolutely necessary. PDF files will create a significant storage and there will be charges for each PDF generated. This feature exists primarily to comply with client's who specifically need PDF confirmation files sent to them.
