Two Way Texting - Responding to a Text Message (Account Level)

You can respond to a text message 2 ways, at the account level and through the Recent Messages Menu. This article provides instructions on how to respond to a message at the account level.

  1. Select Consumers from the Menu Taskbar
  2. Enter the Reference Number and hit Search. The account should appear below
  3. Select the account. This will bring you to the Consumer page which contains all of the account information
  4. Scroll down to Text Messaging History Section. This will display all of the text messages sent on this account
  5. Select the Text Message you would like to reply to by clicking the phone number. This will bring you to the two way Text Message Screen which displays all messages sent and received. To send a text type message in text box and hit send.
