You can send a free-form text message at the account level.
- Select Consumers from the Menu Taskbar
- Enter the Reference Number and hit Search. The account should appear below
- Select the account. This will bring you to the Consumer page which contains all of the account information
- Select Send Text Message from the Menu Ribbon at the top of the Consumer Screen
- This will bring you to the Text Messaging Screen. A cell phone is automatically populated with the cell phone from the account. You can manually change this to a different cell phone number. You are able to send a freeform text from here
- Click on "Send a free-form text (instead of a template)"
- This will bring you to the two way texting screen. Where you can send a free-form text messages to the consumer by typing in the text box and clicking send
