Sending a Text Message (Free-Form)

You can send a free-form text message at the account level.



  1. Select Consumers from the Menu Taskbar
  2. Enter the Reference Number and hit Search. The account should appear below
  3. Select the account. This will bring you to the Consumer page which contains all of the account information
  4. Select Send Text Message from the Menu Ribbon at the top of the Consumer Screen
  5. This will bring you to the Text Messaging Screen. A cell phone is automatically populated with the cell phone from the account. You can manually change this to a different cell phone number. You are able to send a freeform text from here
  6. Click on "Send a free-form text (instead of a template)" 
  7. This will bring you to the two way texting screen. Where you can send a free-form text messages to the consumer by typing in the text box and clicking send
