You can send a text message at the account level using a template.
- Select Consumers from the Menu Taskbar
- Enter the Reference Number and hit Search. The account should appear below
- Select the account. This will bring you to the Consumer page which contains all of the account information
- Select Send Text Message from the Menu Ribbon at the top of the Consumer Screen
- This will bring you to the Text Messaging Screen. A cell phone is automatically populated with the cell phone from the account. You can manually change this to a different cell phone number. A template needs to be selected from the Text Template option.
- Once a template is selected, the Send radio button will appear. Hit send to send your text.
- This will bring you to the two way texting screen. Where you can reply and send text messages to the consumer on this specific account
