Sending a Text Message using a Template

You can send a text message at the account level using a template.



  1. Select Consumers from the Menu Taskbar
  2. Enter the Reference Number and hit Search. The account should appear below
  3. Select the account. This will bring you to the Consumer page which contains all of the account information
  4. Select Send Text Message from the Menu Ribbon at the top of the Consumer Screen
  5. This will bring you to the Text Messaging Screen. A cell phone is automatically populated with the cell phone from the account. You can manually change this to a different cell phone number. A template needs to be selected from the Text Template option.
  6. Once a template is selected, the Send radio button will appear. Hit send to send your text. 
  7. This will bring you to the two way texting screen. Where you can reply and send text messages to the consumer on this specific account
