Concepts2Code works with multiple processors that take convenience/service fees. If your current provider does not support fees and you wish to utilize them, contact our team and we can refer you to a supporting processor so that you can use all of the features of the portal.
The portal integrates with these processors to allow fees to be taken compliantly. Standard fees are applied based on each processor's rules.
Waiving Fees
The ability to charge fees is a global setting which means it applies to all accounts. If you are charging fees globally, but you need to waive it on one or more multiple accounts you will have to do this through a configured data mapping. Contact our team if you need this setup.
