Consumer Prompt for Texting Consent

When the phone number prompt is enabled, Consumers will be prompted to give consent via cell phone for contact when logging into their account and have access to manage their phone numbers accessible via the portal.

They can add their cell phone number and consent to contact via telephone or text message. They can also log in and manage their phone numbers on their account(s) through the My Profile setting from the main login page. 

This will allow them to add phone numbers and consent for electronic contact as well as provide confirmation that the number has been added under the Manage Phone Numbers section.

Consumers may also choose to opt-out of all electronic forms of communication as outlined in the following article for opt-out forms:

The phone numbers that the consumer adds are available in multiple locations:

  1. When viewing the consumer page the phone number will show up as
  2. In the daily CSV Reports:
  3. In Campaign Management under Phone Reports:

  4. If your collections system supports API access the numbers will also be pushed back into your system.
