Login Process

Consumers may login to the Take Web Payments solution by:

  • Clicking Login To Your Account

  • Enter Email Address or File Number 

  • Enter Password

  • Click Login

Upon the first login, a system generated email is sent to the Consumer with a temporary password. Once logged in the Consumer can change their password.




Account Security

By default, users must login to the site each time they visit. If the user is inactive for 20 minutes or more, or they close their browser window, they will automatically be logged out.
