Do you have an API or direct connection to our solution? If yes, you do not need to upload any consumer data files!
With a direct API connection with one of our partners such as SCollect, Beam, or Collection Works all consumer data is imported real-time; meaning when consumer changes are made in the collection system, they will automatically be transferred to our solution. Each partner handles data a little differently, so please refer to the below help articles for more information on the specific collection system you use.
Do NOT have an API and need to import consumer data only?
Simply upload consumer data files directly in the app. Please refer to our Import Consumer Data help article for detailed instructions on the necessary requirements to upload consumer information to the solution.
Do you want to upload consumer data AND create an email campaign?
Follow the Standard Consumer Data Import instructions. YOU MUST be sure to include a column called EmailTemplateName and provide the internal name of the email template that you wish to send to the consumer(s).
Need to Import Documents (PDF files only) to be displayed to the user on their portal?
Data files can be added to the system over a Secure FTP connection. SFTP sites and credentials will be provided to you during the onboarding process. Our team is available to assist you with testing your files during onboarding. For more detailed information, refer to our Document Import instructions. If you did not receive SFPT credentials during onboarding, please submit a ticket to our support desk at [email protected] and request your login.
