In-app Upload of Consumer Data
This feature allows the System Administrator or Single Point of Contact ("SPOC") to upload consumer data from within the Admin site.

In previous versions, only SFTP was available for upload of consumer data. While SFTP can be automated and is beneficial, it takes longer for most agencies to get started. A new simpler self-service upload process is now available.
To get started,
- From the Dashboard screen, go to the Data Import section.
Note: If you do not see the Data Import on your Dashboard, please submit a support ticket and our technical team will enable this functionality for the designated user you specify or the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) on file. - Click the Import Consumer File link located on the screen.
- On the import screen, click Choose File to select the data import file and upload the Consumer data.
Note: Data files must follow strict formatting rules. Please reference attached twp-data-import.pdf at the bottom of this article for specifics on proper file formats. Only correctly formatted files should be uploaded.
To further ensure the security of your data, only users specified by your SPOC will be allowed to upload data files. If you require additional users to have access to this feature, please have your SPOC contact our support team.
View Import History
To view the history of your data file uploads, click View File Import History. This will display 2 sections.
- Pending Files - Files that you have uploaded but have not been processed yet. Most files are processed within a few minutes of uploading. Larger files may take longer.
- History - Files that were previously imported. The last 50 files will be available here.
