We pride ourselves on robust analytics in our Take Web Payment solution. We capture both user activity and end-user or consumer activity. Our detailed statistical data allows us to provide detailed reports. The results of various activities such as sent and received text messages.
This report will include the following fields
- Date/Time
- Number
- Reference Number
- Sent/Received
- Status (If the text was undeliverable, a status will be populated)
- Body
- Opted Out
- Total Sent
- Total Received
- Go to Email/Letter/Text
- Select "Search Text Messages"
- Enter a Start Date and End Date and hit Search. This will bring up all of the text messages sent or received. There are also radio buttons for Today, Yesterday, This Month, Last Month and This Year. These will automatically populate the dates.
- Select "Export" to export the data to a csv file.
