Why was an email suppressed (blocked)?

When sending out email campaigns there may be a time when some emails are suppressed or blocked from sending. To help provide more insight into why that may have occurred we have outlined a few of the most common reasons below.



  1. Email Address is blank
  2. Email Address is not valid (i.e. mark@concepts2code)
  3. Email Address is on the blacklist
  4. Email domain is on the blacklist
  5. One or more domains is on the whitelist and this email is not one of them
  6. A user unsubscribes and they are blacklisted
  7. An email bounces due to and they are blacklisted
  8. An email is reported as spam
  9. A user has opted-out
  10. An agent unsubscribes an account
  11. During an email scrub, the email address is determined to be invalid.
