When sending out email campaigns there may be a time when some emails are suppressed or blocked from sending. To help provide more insight into why that may have occurred we have outlined a few of the most common reasons below.
Email Address is blank
Email Address is not valid (i.e. mark@concepts2code)
Email Address is on the blacklist
Email domain is on the blacklist
One or more domains is on the whitelist and this email is not one of them
A user unsubscribes and they are blacklisted
An email bounces due to and they are blacklisted
An email is reported as spam
A user has opted-out
An agent unsubscribes an account
During an email scrub, the email address is determined to be invalid.
