Complaints and Unsubscribes

When a customer unsubscribes from an email they are added to the "Unsubscribe" list and the system will automatically suppress any further email attempts.


When a customer marks an email as spam, this is considered a "Complaint" and they are added to the Do Not Email list. While it does not automatically unsubscribe the customer from receiving emails, the system will automatically suppress any further correspondence with that email address. Any future emails attempted to that email address will be considered a DNE Violation and will be automatically suppressed. The following warning will be visible at the top of the email:
