How to use an email address to lookup accounts

You can look up an account number (or multiple numbers) based on the email address by following these steps from your Admin Portal.

  1. Click on Web Users 

  2. Enter the consumers email address

  3. Click Search Web Users



NOTE: This will find the account only if the user has used this email on the website. If you accounts themselves have email addresses but the consumer has not attempted to sign up for web access this process will not work. This only finds accounts that have been used for web access.


The resulting window will show you all of the accounts that are currently linked to that email address.



If the consumer needs access to another account you can link them by following the below steps

  1. Enter the file number in the File Number Box

  2. Click on Manuallly link account to this user button and this will automatically link the account.
