Concepts2Code reserves the account numbers 100-199 for testing purposes. These account may be found in your system when it is first setup. It is assumed that these account numbers are not used by any agency. If your agency needs these account numbers, please make sure our team is aware before going live.
Test accounts can be used for various purposes including testing your payment workflow. Keep in mind that test accounts do not represent real account and not all features will be available.
It is possible to login using a test account, but there are some restrictions. A test account can only register for the portal using the standard registration page that requires the account number. This limitation is due to the fact that the search to verify an account number will not search test accounts. If you use an alternate registration process and need to register a user, you can use the administrative console to create the user registration.
