The payments screen shows the payments for any given date range. It can be used for ad-hoc reporting or just seeing what your daily payments are. The summary area reports some basic statistics about the current date range.

General Summary

  • Total Same Day Payments - the number of payments made during the date range for the current day. This can include:

    • Quick Pay

    • One Time Payments

    • Offers

    • Recurring Payments when the first payment is for the current day

  • ACH - payments that are also Same Day Payments

  • Web Credit - payments made by the consumer that are for the Same Day where the card is determined to be a Credit Card

  • Web Debit  - payments made by the consumer that are for the Same Day where the card is determined to be a Debit Card

  • Web Debit/Credit - payments made by the consumer that are for the Same Day where the card is processed as a credit card, and there was not enough information to determine if it was a Credit Card or Debit Card

  • Post Dates Added - The number of future payments (post dates) that were added as a result of a payment made during the date range. For example, if a consumer made 3 part payment and the first part was on the current day, then 2 of the payments are considered post dates and are counted here

  • Post Date Processing - the payments that are processed for the current day. If your own CRM is processing your Post Dates from the web, then this will always be zero.

  • Declined Payments - The payments attempted that were declined
