For clients who require that each text message be sent individually by a human whether due to compliance, personalization, or specific client regulations launching a Human Text Initiator (HTI) campaign is an essential step. This will walk you through the process of effectively launching an HTI campaign, ensuring that each message is manually sent by an operator. To enable HTI, please contact support@concepts2code.com.
Click Campaigns in the top navigation bar.
Under Text Message Campaigns click Create Text Campaign.
Select your Template and add your accounts and click Create Text Message Campaign.
Click on Pending Campaigns under Text Message Campaigns.
The campaign will notify you "Human Text Initiator (HTI) is active. Use the HTI screen to send Texts after approving them."
Once the campaign is ready for approval click Approve and Send Text Messages.
In the menu for Campaign click Human Text Initiator.
The campaign is now ready to send text messages to consumers by clicking Send Next Text.
The status of the campaign will show you how many texts are completed and remain in your campaign.
Once your campaign is complete, the system will notify you there are No More Messages.
Human Text Initiator can only be used if enabled by our Support team. In the event you attempt to use it, the system will notify you the tool is unavailable.
