Adding images to your email templates can enhance consumer communication by making your messages more engaging and visually appealing. Images can help convey your message more effectively, break up text, and highlight key points, making your emails more memorable. Visual content can also encourage higher engagement rates and better overall response. Images must first be added to the portal and then added to your template(s).
Add images to your portal :
1. Go to the Settings page
2. Search for Edit Custom Images
3. Choose the file for upload
The file must be in .png or .jpg format.
Ensure to double check the file size. No larger than 500 x 500 pixels is recommended
The image is now added to your site.
Add uploaded images to your templates:
1. Go to Campaigns
2. Under Email Templates click Templates
3. Click on the Template Name
4. Click within the template where you want the image to be placed
5. Scroll to Email Body and click the Image Icon
5. Click on the Image List
6. Select the image for template placement
7. Adjust your pixel sizing if needed
8. Click Save
The image will now appear within the body of your template.
