Creating Phone Number Links

By embedding phone numbers as links within email templates, you gain the flexibility to update phone information with multiple sources. This not only streamlines communication but also enhances user experience by enabling direct interaction with just a click. Whether it's for business inquiries, customer support, or general inquiries, integrating clickable phone numbers ensures recipients can easily reach out and will be directed to the proper channel.

To create a phone link in your template:

1. Type the phone number in your template.

2. Click to add a link - This will bring you you to the Insert/Edit Link Screen.

3. Type the Protocol tel:###-###-#### (Always include area code).

4. To display text other than the phone number, edit the Text to display.

Once you save your template, if there is an error within your phone link the system will prompt you to review your link. Note - phone links should not include the use of quotation marks.
