Add Emoji's to your email templates, and subject lines to boost customer engagement.

To add Emoji's to your templates:

1. Log into your site.

2. On the upper right-hand side of the top navigation toolbar click Campaigns.

3. Click on Templates.

4. Select the template you would like to add Emoji's to - Or Add New in the top right-hand corner.

5. Scroll down to the Email Body and you will see our suggested list of Emoji's.

6. Navigate within your email template where you would like to place the desired emoji.

7. Click to insert the desired emoji(s) from the list of suggested emoji's.

8. For more available emoji's, use the emoji keyboard by using keys CMD + Period. Apple users will use the Apple CMD key.

9. The CMD + Period Key will bring up your emoji keyboard. You can browse through the emoji library and select multiple additional emoji's.

Adding Emoji's to the Email Subject:

1. To add an emoji to the email subject, highlight the emoji and use CTRL + C.

2. Navigate to your email subject line and "paste" the emoji(s) in the desired spot using CTRL + V.

3. Once you have added the desired emoji's navigate to the bottom left-hand corner of the template and Save your changes.

Your emoji's will appear differently for each email provider, but the finished result is an email that contains emoji's. See our example email containing emoji's.
