Duplicate Payments

From time to time, duplicate payments may be processed in your system. Concepts2Code has the ability to detect a duplicate payment and alert you with an email.


  1. Review the account
  2. If a payment needs to be cancelled, reach out to your payment processor to cancel the payment.




**There is a "Cancel Payment" Button in the payment screen however this is only used for Future payments that have not been processed.


If you try to cancel an already processed payment, you will receive the below error message
