Contact Us Tracking Report

On the portal, the consumers have the option to contact the company via the "ContactUS" link. This link will bring them to a form that needs to be filled out. Once submitted, you will receive an email notification (If set up) or you can view the submissions on the portal. The below contains the steps to find the Contact Us submissions on the portal

1. Select Forms from the top ribbon on the portal
2. This will bring you to the below screen. The date defaults to "Today's Date"
3. For a specific date, choose a date for Start Date and End Date. This will pull all the submissions for that date range
4. To View a submission, click on the "xx-view" in the first column.
5. This will display the submission
