There are times when a refund needs to be processed and they are not processed directly from the portal. The refunds are processed at the agency level.

If the consumer is requesting a refund, they can use the "Contact Us" option in the ribbon of your portal and chose the Contact Us Online. This will bring them to the below form and they can submit a request for a refund.
