There are two options for resetting an Agents Password. If you have a user who does not have an email associated to their account, you won't be able to use the standard resetting of their password.

Resetting Passwords for users that do not have an Email set up for their account
1. Log in to to your Admin Portal
2. Choose Settings then Manage Users
3. Choose the agent you wish to reset
4. Click on Reset Password
5. Enter the new password twice and then Click on Reset to Specific Password
Once the user has logged in with the temporary password, they can change the password within their profile menu.
Resetting Passwords for Users that do have email associated with their account
1. Log in to to your Admin Portal
2. Choose Settings then Manage Users
3. click on the agent you wish to reset
4. Click on Reset password
5. Click on Email New Password

An email will be sent to the Agent with the temporary password and directions on how to change to the desired password.
