Secure Email Transmission

Modified on Mon, Mar 3 at 1:56 PM

All email transmissions sent to our mail servers are encrypted to ensure your communications remain secure.

While most email servers (such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Hotmail, AT&T, etc.) also support encryption, some domains may not. Rest assured, we always send encrypted communications whenever the receiving mail server is capable of accepting them.

Additionally, we offer Secure Web Link (also known as "Web Portal Encryption") for sending documents securely. When you use this feature, the email is delivered with a link to a secure web portal. The recipient must authenticate through a secure channel to access and view the document, providing an extra layer of protection for sensitive information.
