Beginning in 2024 Gmail is implementing many spam filtering standards that were not being enforced previously. These may impact your email. Rest assured Concepts2Code regularly reviews the Gmail standards and ensure that our systems are running according to the Gmail standards. There are somethings responsibilities that will still remain with each Agency as you control your own content and your DNS. Concepts2Code will meet with you regarding your DNS if we detect there is a problem. We regularly scan all sites and domains to detect DNS issues.

DMARC 'ruf' tag
According to Gmail, they do not support the 'ruf' tag for DMARC reports. While this should not cause issues having it, we have asked Gmail about this and they recommend removing the 'ruf' tag from DMARC records. For this reason, the 'ruf' tage is not recommended.
