Email Encryption

Modified on Tue, 27 Apr 2021 at 10:06 AM

All email transmissions sent to our mail servers are encrypted.

While most of the email servers that you are sending to (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Hotmail, AT&T, etc.) also support encryption, some domains may not. We will always send encrypted communications as long as the receiving mail server can accept it.

We also support “Secure Web Link” which allows you to send documents securely. This is sometimes called "Web Portal Encryption". When you send a document using this technique, the email is delivered with a link to the web portal. The user must then authenticated over a secure channel and then view the document.
