Re-Activation of a Consumer Account (Resend Confirmation Email)

When a Consumer creates an account they are automatically sent an activation email. The email will contain a link to click which activates and confirms the email address on file. If the Consumer does not receive the activation email, there currently is no way to resend it. To resend the activation email follow these steps.

  1. Go to the Consumer tab.
  2. Search for the Consumer by entering one of the following:
    • Email
    • Last name
    • Reference number
  3. Once the Consumer comes up in the results grid, click on the Reference Number (Consumer ID) in the left hand column.
  4. Then click on the Emails label in the Quick Links at the top of the screen.
  5. Click CTRL+F to enable the browsers search FIND function.
  6. Type "Account Created" and hit Enter on your keyboard to find the email that was sent to the Consumer.
  7. Click View to view the email that was generated with the activation link.
  8. Scroll down to the Email Body.
  9. Select all the text in the Email Body, hit CTRL+C to COPY the text.
  10. Then use your own email to send the Consumer the email with the link to activate their account..
