When a Consumer creates an account they are automatically sent an activation email. The email will contain a link to click which activates and confirms the email address on file. If the Consumer does not receive the activation email, there currently is no way to resend it. To resend the activation email follow these steps.
Go to the Consumers tab
Search for the Consumer by entering one of the following:
Email
Last name
Reference number
Click the File Number of the consumer you wish to send a confirmation email
Then click on the Emails label in the Quick Links at the top of the screen
Click CTRL+F to enable the browsers search FIND function and Type "Account Created"
Select view on the left
Scroll down to the Email Body
Select all the text in the Email Body, hit CTRL+C to COPY the text
Use your own email to send the Consumer the email with the link to activate their account
