You may have been assigned a test related to security protocols, corporate policies, or perhaps a specific customer account. Once a test has been assigned to you it will appear on your Dashboard. Follow the below steps to begin your test.
Training Assignments
- log into the TakeWebPayments solution.
- New tests will be listed on the Dashboard screen as shown below.
- Click on the Start Test in the Action column of the Training Assignments grid.
- On the following screen, click Start Test again to begin. The following details regarding the test will be displayed for your reference.
- Total questions contained in the test
- Required passing grade
- Answer the questions as they appear on the screen.
- Click Next on the bottom right to go to the next question.
- Once all the questions have been answered, click Submit Test for Grading. The test will be graded and your results will be displayed immediately. Your supervisor will also be notified via email of the status of your results..
- The test will remain on your Dashboard until you have successfully passed.
Additional Training Options:
- Resume - If you should need to stop in the middle of taking the test, you may come back at any time. From the Dashboard, simply click Resume in the Training Assignments grid.
- Go To Test Summary - this will bring you to a new screen summarizing the results of your test and how many questions are remaining. You can also click Submit Test for Grading.
- Results - to see your results after you have completed the test and clicked away from the confirmation page, click on the Show My Training History located at the bottom of the Training Assignments grid. Click on the Results link in the far right-hand side of the grid.
- Retake - If you should need to retake the test, it will show up in your Dashboard. Click the Start Test to take the test again.
