Sent Emails Report

We pride ourselves on robust analytics in our Take Web Payment solution. We capture both user activity and end-user or consumer activity. Our detailed statistical data allows us to provide detailed reports. The results of various activities such as email batches sent, un-opened mail, and bounce rates. 


To quickly find an email by a specific user account, email, or within a date range follow these instructions.

  • Go to the Campaigns tab

  • Click on Search Sent Emails

Enter selection about the batch based on the below criteria. 

  • Date (you can use date range by clicking on the Use date Range switch)

  • Email address

  • Reference Number

  • Client Name

  • Template used

  • Email Status

Click Search

The report then appears based on the filter of criteria selected, as shown below using Reference Number.

Tip: Click on any one of the column headers to sort that column of data.
