Unsubscribe (Opt-Out) Page

The unsubscribe page is fully configurable based on your business needs. You can configure one or two unsubscribe options using the admin settings page under Consumer Email Management. When configuring the text use two separate lines. The first line will appear as the text on the radio button. The second line of text (optional) will appear as more detailed information below the radio button. Both options will add the user to the Do Not Email (DNE) list and will unsubscribe them. Each option will be noted differently in the notes so that you may take further action if needed.
