Once a consumer logs into their site, they will have access to one or more accounts. On their home page (after logging in), they will see a list of all of their accounts. The activities that are allowed may vary based on account and are controlled by the the rules your agency has in place and were setup during implementation. Since these rules may be complex, there is an easy way to determine what options are available for each account even if you do not understand the underlying rules.
If you want to review the access a consumer has to a certain account you may search for the reference number of the account and view the details:
- Allow Consumer To Access Account on Website
- Paperless
- Batch Letter Mode
- Can Make Payment (ACH)
- Single Payment Credit Card Accepted
- Single Payment Debit Card Accepted
- Recurring Payment ACH Card Accepted
- Recurring Payment Credit Card Accepted
- Recurring Payment Debit Card Accepted
