Manually Reset User Passwords no email associated

To reset any user password for consumer that does not have an email associated, follow these few steps 


1.  Click the Settings then Manage Users



2.  Search for the user and click the user name to edit.



3. verify this is the correct customer and click on reset password

4. Enter new password for customer twice and click Reset to Specified Password 

The Password is now reset and they can log back in using new password and will be able to change to desired password they want to use.

To reset any user password for consumer that does have an email associated follow these steps


1.  Click the Settings then Manage Users

2. click on Agent/user to update

3. click on reset password

4. An email will be sent to users email that will allow them to update their password.
