There are times when you may restrict an email or the email domain in order to reduce the bounce rates of your campaigns. This setting suppresses any emails with the listed email address or root domain.
To remove the restriction.
- Go to the Email/Letter/Text menu
- Navigate to the Email Reports Section
- Select Email Restrictions (whitelist/blacklist)
- Using the tabs, locate the Email or Domain you wish to re-enable from the list.
- Click Edit.
- Click the Delete option in the upper right-hand corner.
- Click Save.
The email or domain will now be enabled for sending once again.
