There might be times when a consumer has verbally told you that they do not want to be contacted at a certain email address. To restrict any future email communications, follow these steps.

To restrict an email address:
- Click on the Emails/Letters menu
- Scroll down to the Email Management
- Select Email Restrictions (whitelisting/blacklisting)
- Click Add Email Address
- Enter the Email Address of the consumer such as "[email protected]"
- Select the blacklisting - (prevent sending) option. This will automatically add the email address to the Do Not Email (DNE) list and remove the consumers email address from any future communications.
- Click Save
