How to Restrict an Email Address

There might be times when a consumer has verbally told you that they do not want to be contacted at a certain email address. To restrict any future email communications, follow these steps.  

For additional information, please refer to our help article on whitelisting and blacklisting.

To restrict an email address:

  1. Click on the Emails/Letters menu
  2. Scroll down to the Email Management 
  3. Select Email Restrictions (whitelisting/blacklisting)
  4. Click Add Email Address
  5. Enter the Email Address of the consumer such as ""
  6. Select the blacklisting - (prevent sending) option. This will automatically add the email address to the Do Not Email (DNE) list and remove the consumers email address from any future communications.
  7. Click Save
