Driving Customers to pay online or see their account information and register so they can access their accounts is critical to building business. The TakeWebPayments solution captures each new customer registration.  Follow these steps to access the list.

  1. Click on the Reports on the top navigation toolbar.
  2. Select the Website Registrations By Day report.
  3. Enter a date range as shown in the second screenshot below.


All website registrations within that timeframe will be displayed with the following:

  • CreateDate - The date the Consumer created their online profile
  • Email - The username created by the Consumer to create their online profile to the Customer Portal
  • ReferenceNumber - this is the unique reference number assigned per Consumer account. This may or may not be the same as the Consumers account number.
