If Concepts2Code is processing your Post Dates, we can also send your consumers payment reminders. Payment reminders can be configured to be sent a few days before each payment will run. You can control what this timeline is by specifying the number of day ahead of time. For example, if you set the "Days Ahead" to "5" then on the first of the month, reminders would be sent to all customers who have payments scheduled for the 6th of the month. On the 2nd of the month, reminders are sent for payments scheduled for the 7th. And so on.

To enable this feature, you will work with our team do develop the template to send. For the most part them email will contain the payment date and the amount to be posted. You may include other items such as their current balance. The final format of the email is customizable to ensure it meets your compliance needs.

Once configured, a campaign will be generated each day with all reminders. You team has the option to review and approved the campaign before it goes out. The reminders are treated as a normal campaign and will send under your normal timeframe and settings.
